How do I contact you about a home?
Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a non-refundable $65 application fee per adult. When turning your application into us, this fee must be cash or money order.
How do I view a property?
We are open 7 days a week from 10 AM to 6 PM, if you give us a call we can assist you on viewing the property.
How do I apply?
Once you view the property you can fill out an application. There is a non-refundable application fee of $65 per adult and this must be cash or money order. You can get our application on our website or at our office which is located in Denton, TX. Please fill out and sign all parts to the best of your ability, and include all phone numbers for employers and previous landlords along with contact information.
In addition, we will need a copy of your driver’s license or ID card and your social security card. This would also apply to any co-applicant that may be listed. Please return the complete application, copy of drivers license or ID card, copy of social security card, copy of pay stubs or statement, and the application fee to our office in person or you can mail it to us if you would like. Please contact us via phone or email if you are wanting to turn in an application and we can further assist you.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed, but there is a $500.00 deposit per pet. If needed, this deposit can be paid out.
