Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a non-refundable $75 application fee per adult.

How do I apply?
Please click the link below to complete our online application and submit the $75 non-refundable application fee per adult: Property Application
All adult occupants (18+ years old) must complete a separate application using the same link. In addition, please email a copy of each applicant’s driver’s license, or government-issued identification, and proof of income for the most recent three (3) consecutive months to info@homeforeveryone.us. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome with a $500 deposit per pet.
