All adult occupants (18+ years old) must complete the application using the link above. In addition, please email a copy of each applicant’s driver’s license, or government-issued identification, and proof of income for the most recent three (3) consecutive months to info@homeforeveryone.us. Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Income – Total monthly income a minimum of three (3) times the monthly rental amount.
- Rental/mortgage history – Evictions over 5 years old will be considered with proof of good rental history and a referral (not from a family member or friend). Subject to an additional deposit, equal to one month of rent.
- Credit – credit score below 650 is subject to an additional deposit, equal to one month of rent.
- Background – considered on a case-by-case basis and at the Landlord’s discretion.
- Lease term is minimum 24- or 36-months.
- Pets are welcome with a $500 pet deposit per pet. ESA pets are welcome with proof of ESA or service animal certification from a medical professional.
